Learn the art of baby massage in a small and friendly group environment.

Classes are run by an experienced midwife and will give you the confidence to perform a full body massage on your baby.

Find out about the history and benefits of infant massage, as well as techniques to relieve common baby ailments like colic, teething and sleep problems.

The 5 week course costs £55 and includes a digital handout, bottle of oil and refreshments.

The class runs from 10:30-11:30 with plenty of time to socialise with the other parents in your group.

Suitable for babies from newborn until they are crawling.
