Description

We run these sessions in a beautiful community space - rather a hidden oasis! - in Crouch end. The sessions involve cooking a vegan lunch together over the fire, a forest school activity, a story and reflection. We believe in the benefit of nature connection in tackling our current mental health crisis. We usually ask attendees to book in a 6 week block so together we can co-create a nurturing space where families can experience the benefits first hand.

Had such a lovely time with many highlights, making bees out of seeds, eating corn on cob from fire, seeing my boys running around playground in nature like I used too. Well worth going a bit further than I would usually do for. Also nice surprise that it was £20 for the whole family.
