Fitness classes that that you can bring your baby (or babies!) to. From Spinning to HIIT we've got everything covered. Our HIIT and circuit classes look at increasing strength, stamina and post-partum fitness with an accommodation of common post pregnancy problems. Our spin classes are full of fab tunes, beat riding and hill climbing! The classes are for all levels. It doesn’t matter if your baby is screaming the house down or snoozing peacefully, the relaxed atmosphere means everyone is supported.
Melissa adores teaching, and has a history of working with pre and post partum parents. She's patient, inventive, supportive and not averse to holding a baby or three whilst parents plank! Melissa has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. As well as teaching in all the major London Gyms and Personal Training in North London, she also consults for up and coming studios, comes up with new class concepts for current studios and runs an Academy which gives new spin teachers their indoor cycling certification. She lives in Crouch End, and loves drinking gin and riding her Vespa!
