I specifically designed this incredible class for new mums, following the heroic journey of bringing a little human into the world... All exercises are low impact and low resistance, tailored specifically to build on core and pelvic floor, improve muscle tone, reduce body fat and improve cardiovascular fitness, in a safe way to prevent injury. There's plenty of functional movement to make you enjoy what you're doing rather than thinking about the work.

I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2014, and since then I have built up a successful brand, MaxFitPT based in London and Harpenden. Since becoming a father at the start of this year (2019), I have taken a special interest in postnatal training, and broadened my knowledge base through training with a women's health physiotherapist so that I can offer safe and niche training to mothers wanting to return to exercise. I pride myself on my unique, motivational and fun style of working and my goal-orientated approach helps clients achieve the results they are looking for.
