Manny Ngo Yoga

My name is Manny and I am a Rainbow Yoga-trained Kids & Families Yoga Teacher based in SE London. I ran free Saturday community family yoga classes in Shoreditch before moving to my new yoga home in Deptford at The Yoga Room. I am a friendly and lively mum of two so I understand how active kids can be. My kids/family yoga classes are lively, full of movement and a big hit with the boys! We’re currently a small class which I am hoping will grow into a bigger class very soon!
