Mamma Method is a “baby-wearing” postnatal pilates class that is tailored for mums. Created by two Pilates instructors and postnatal experts, Mamma Method is a challenging, low-impact class that has been designed specifically for new mums to help quicken recovery and build strength after having a baby. The exercises target all essential post-baby areas (ie: the core and pelvic floor)... whilst wearing baby in a carrier. From your first class, you’ll leave feeling taller, stronger and more energised... all without another cup of coffee.

Parent and Baby Fitness
Great fun and felt really welcome. Good workout too. Bit expensive but worth it if it’s your main exercise.
Wonderful class, where I actually felt that I’d worked out and loved having my baby attached whilst doing so. Other mum and baby fitness classes can feel a little light on the workout, but this left me feeling is used my muscles. Great teaching and easy to find.
