Mamma Method® is a babywearing postnatal Pilates class for mums with babies 6 weeks to 12 months. Created by two Pilates Instructors and postnatal fitness experts, Mamma Method is a challenging & low-impact postnatal Pilates workout while you wear your baby in a carrier. This position helps settle your baby, eliminates the need for childcare, and is an added challenge for you! Recommended by doctors & physiotherapists, the class is taught to up-beat music and is incredibly effective in strengthening all postnatal target areas (i.e. back, legs, glutes, core and pelvic floor muscles).

Really friendly and welcoming instructor. I'm a complete newbee to Pilates and was very challenged, but i didn't feel out if place which was nice! There is a modified version for mammas needing to go a bit more slowly with things. The only reason it's a 4 not a 5 star is the venue, which with all your baby clobber is a bit tight for space on arrival. Maybe i won't bring buggy next time.
Lovely venue, great instructor. Would come again for a class. Great place for a workout, pricing is a little expensive but worth it if baby can last the full 60 minutes 🤞🏽!
