Mamas and Babas (post-natal fitness classes for mothers and babies)

Our classes are designed with mother and baby in mind. They include strength and resistance training and coaching, that include baby. The programmes are designed to help you build a stronger you, after having children. We understand the process your body goes through during pregnancy and we specialise in pre and Post-natal coaching.

Lovely little class to help get back into fitness after I’d had a c-section. Took my little one at nine weeks and he did great. Lovely way to bond and build strength up for both of us in different ways. Stacey was lovely and attentive supplying snacks and water and understanding when I couldn’t quite do some of the exercises, she adapted it to suit my needs. Would recommend for mummy’s and babies for sure and will be going again

Oh wow what a fantastic class, stacie really knows how to work you to a sweat and get the most out of a postnatal work out. I've been to another postnatal class but disnt feel comfortable stacie put me at ease and know how much to work me. Highly recommend 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
