The programmes are designed to help you build a stronger you, after having children. We understand the process your body goes through during pregnancy and we specialise in pre and Post-natal coaching.

Founder & CEO of Mamas and Babas

I currently hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Coaching, i am a certified level 2 fitness instructor & level 3 personal trainer, and also i am a certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach, which is my main passion. I suffered with postnatal depression quite badly after having my first child and i feel that exercise has helped me through my most challenging times. Therefore i understand that this can be an emotional and vulnerable time of life, becoming postnatal, and i would love my classes to help all postnatal women regain their strength, through exercise, with their child/ren.
