Mama Mojo mum and baby indoor and outdoor exercise classes are suitable for all fitness abilities with both high and low impact options. For personal training, you will undergo a full consultation, I will then design you a tailor made personal training program which will see you reach your goals. We have a beginners ladies only running course which will see you gradually building up your running ability to being able to run for 30 minutes in just 10 weeks. We also have a more intermediate running class - Run-Fit which combines running with strength and resistance exercises.

Hi, im Jen, I'm mum to 18 month old Xander and step-mum to 6 year old Bella. I'm also a Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise specialist and England Athletics running leader. I have always enjoyed exercise and keeping fit, having taken part in many running, cycling and fitness challenges and events over the years. It's always been just for fun, but it is also how I relax and something that makes me feel good. I set up Mama Mojo Fitness in order to share my experiences with new mums and to offer a fun and friendly environment to exercise safely without having to worry about childcare.
