After the birth of her first child in 1998, Gratia experienced the therapeutic benefits of yoga as a means to heal, rejuvenate and help manage the challenges of bringing up her child with special needs. Since then Gratia has deepened her practise, learning many styles of yoga - her teaching is a blend of styles tailored to the group. She is also trained in Yoga Nidra, which brings about a deep sense of peace and rejuvenation. G has had 3 children and lives in Brighton.
