Baby & Mum Postnatal yoga, to help you tone up after pregnancy, stretch achey muscles and relax and bond with your baby.
Baby yoga is included, which promotes babies’ brain development and motor skills and gives you tools to help settle them, relieve colic and improve their sleep. Classes are small and friendly and take place in a home studio making it easy to get peer support and make friends!
Mama2shape also offers baby massage classes which are relaxing and delightful for both mum and baby and are a fabulous way to bond with your baby and learn skills for a soothing bed-time routine.
