This class is great, very relaxed and a great chance to meet other mums while trying to get a bit fitter, who have all been really friendly and welcoming. Also love that you can do as little or as much as you want to - so was great for a novice like me
I love Wednesdays because of this class! Zoe is a great PT and also great with babies when they start shouting as you’re mid deadlift. The ladies who do the class are a lovely bunch, really friendly and we all have coffee and a chat after the class. I can’t recommend this highly enough!!
