Mama Baby Bliss

MamaBabyBliss provides Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Yoga for Toddlers & Preschoolers classes to nurture mums-to-be, mums, dads, babies and children.

We are a social enterprise and a not-for-profit organisation and all surplus revenues are returned back into the company to enable us to further our work in making a difference to mothers, babies and mums-to-be everywhere.

Classes are held in Biggleswade and St Neots and private sessions are also available.

Baby Massage St Neots

Baby Massage can help soothe and relax your baby, aid digestion and help relieve wind, colic and constipation, and encourage your baby to sleep. A 5-week course includes in person classes, an illustrated guide, a bottle of baby massage oil and access to the MamaBabyBliss Nurture Club. We also have weekly discussions on baby topics during each session.

Baby Yoga Explorers Biggleswade

Exercise and movement for babies aged 6-12 months and parents with lots of lovely songs and rhymes to build on your baby's development as they approach milestones such as crawling, standing and walking, all helping to enhance their sense of balance, coordination and motor skills. £45 for 5 weeks.
