Helps mums to safely regain flexibility and core strength post partum.
We focus on pelvic floor exercises and relaxation breathing. It’s ideal to help nourish the mind, body and soul especially when sleep deprived. We also focus on baby yoga too, spend time learning safe movements for baby helping to build your confidence with handling. We include sing song and baby sensory too. Bring babies from 6 weeks old, or 12 weeks if you’ve had a c-section or assisted delivery.
