Lucy Smith Pilates offer local mum & baby pilates classes. Classes are small, welcoming and designed to help new Mums gently regain strength and mobility after birth and prepare for the physical demands of motherhood (all that bending, kneeling and carrying!). Babies welcome until crawling. All abilities welcome but Mums must have completed their 6 week postnatal check.
Activities for Parents
Lucy Smith Pilates has not run any activities for over two months. We’re trying to get an up-to-date schedule.
Lucy trained with Body Control Pilates and is qualified in Level 3 Pilates matwork. Her specialisms include designing programmes for pregnant and post-natal clients. She loves how Pilates can help people in all stages of life rebalance and restore their bodies, particularly during the postnatal period.
