Lucy Smith Pilates offer local mum & baby pilates classes. Classes are small, welcoming and designed to help new Mums gently regain strength and mobility after birth and prepare for the physical demands of motherhood (all that bending, kneeling and carrying!). Babies welcome until crawling. All abilities welcome but Mums must have completed their 6 week postnatal check.
