Fully qualified personal trainer, working with women for over 6 years, of all shapes and sizes and fitness levels. Specialising in (but not limited to) Pre & Post Natal exercise and rehabilitation. Offering 1-1, 1-2 and small group training, with some classes each week also. All held at my private, home studio in Keston Park (Bromley.)
Activities for Parents
Lucy is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, with a background in music and dance. After the birth of her first son in 2011, Lucy hired a personal trainer to come and help her get back into shape. Her trainer inspired her to use her dance skills and start a career in the fitness industry. The following year, Lucy qualified as a personal trainer and went on to specialise in training pre & post natal clients, working mainly with new mums. Clients are able to enjoy 1-1 & small group sessions at Lucy's private, home studio, overlooking the beautiful grounds of her Keston home.
