I am a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer with my main work being worth pre and postnatal mothers. It’s extremely important to rehabilitate the body after giving birth, so a lot of the exercises are core and pelvic floor focused! I make sure my mums walk out of the class feeling energised and refreshed! Let’s be the strongest and healthiest mothers we can be for our children!
