I went to Lornas buggy circuits when my son was three months old. I loved how friendly and approachable Lorna was. She really knows her stuff, both pre and post natal. Her classes are fun and outside which is great. My son used to love going! Playing with the other children or joining in! Lorna gets the whole Mum/workout vibe being a mum herself! She totally rocks!! 🙌
