Post Natal Pilates classes which aim to help you repair & strengthen your body after pregnancy and labour and equip you for the physical challenges of motherhood. Designed to get you moving and and to stretch out all those niggles! Small, friendly classes where babies are welcome.
Activities for Parents
Lovely class in spacious studio. Liv is very patient and always has great attention to detail in her teaching. She brought mats and toys for the babies and is very happy to offer an extra pair of hands if needed. This class is more focussed on mums exercise than babies so you feel like you are getting a really good workout. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent class with particular focus on postnatal recovery. Easy to take my 4month old with playmat and toys provided to entertain him if needed. Quality time for Mum!
