Today myself and my toddler took part in a Little Learners Basingstoke session and we both loved it!! My little girl has always been a bit reluctant to get messy but today we both came home covered in paint which was fab!! The session started with a fun circle session practising the arch mark ‘archie’ using beautiful ribbons and scarves. We then got to explore lots of different messy trays, all out in the sunshine! Lene was so friendly and approachable and happy to assist and answer any questions I had. She interacted with the children as they played and helped them to practise the arch mark with carefully planned resources and activities. The session was so lovely and chilled, we didn’t want it to end! Lene finished the session by providing lots of bubbly warm water for the children to wash with. It was such a great session and would highly recommend it to others! 👍👍 x
Super learning group, run by the fantastic Lene. My boys love it!
Really enjoyed it! Lots of variety.
Hello, My name is Lene and I live in Basingstoke with my husband Chris and our two children, Benny 5 and Emilie 3. I run Little Learners classes and parties in Basingstoke. A multi award-winning educational mark making program that develops early writing skills through messy play. I am a primary teacher and for the past 10 years I have mainly taught in Key Stage 1. Teaching children has given me first-hand experience of what mark making brings to children. Mark making supports skills needed for early writing, fine motor skills, hand-eye co-ordination and so much more.
