Up to 18 months and Up to 11 years
Ladies that lift classes combines resistance training with cardio bursts to help burn fat to build up your fitness back to pre-pregnancy abilities, whilst working your core using stability & balance training to regain strength following birth and beyond! Small class capacity to give a personal service, helping build your confidence and make friends along the way. Different class options, either with or without babies to suit all mums needs. Most importantly we want to have fun, get the endorphins flowing, whilst feeling safe and comfortable within our environment post pregnancy.
Activities for Parents
Loved this class so much! Got sweaty and pushed myself. So nice doing a bit of cardio and getting heart rate up. Little girl loved watching everyone too. Really great teacher who had lots of pelvic floor advice. Amazing healthy vegan cookies after too :)
Brilliant class, in a warm friendly environment - cannot wait to go back! And I was aching the next day so feels like an excellent workout!
This was hands down the best mum and baby fitness class I’ve done, I actually felt like I’d had a workout rather than just a stretch. All the toys and seats for the little ones were clean and new too (didn’t look like they’d been around the block like they do at some places). My little girl loved the music too.
