Lauren Jessica Fitness runs Pilates and Personal training sessions for Pre & Post Natal Mummies. We run weekly classes for mums to come to either alone later in the evening, when children are in bed, or in the daytime you can come to class with your babies! Fully trained in pre and post natal exercise, we can help you to regain strength in your core & pelvic floor, (even if you have abdominal separation) and also develop strength in muscles you didn’t know you even had! As qualified Personal Trainers, we also provide Group Personal Training sessions for mums, again with children welcome!
Lauren is a Pre and Post Natal Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, teaching over 100 students a week in the Sale and Stockport areas. Lauren has a vast amount of experience in not only teaching Pilates, but also in Personal Training for new mums too, specialising in split abdominals, post c-section, pelvic girdle pain and pelvic floor weakness. Lauren teaches 8 classes a week and has also worked with people such as Manchester Storm Ice Hockey Team, Manchester College, HSBC, Aramex and several other companies, providing wellness, Pilates and more.
