Kids in the Kitchen is a nutritional healthy eating course for children, with the ultimate aim of changing your child's eating behaviours, encouraging them to be self-sufficient food consumers throughout their lives and helping them to protect from obesity, diabetes and other metabolic illnesses. It is neither a cooking lesson nor a weight loss program.
The rich & inspiring content is introduced through 10 hours of interactive, fun learning & drama techniques as well as games, to improve awareness & develop.
