Kenshinkai Yoshinkan Aikido

Kenshinkai Yoshinkan Aikido is a martial arts club in Portsmouth, Hampshire, practising the Yoshinkan style of Aikido, including the use of weapons, with an open mind to other styles of Aikido. Aikido is a Japanese martial art of self-defence which is ideal for all ages and all levels of fitness. Learn to defend yourself by blending with an attackers power, dispersing their energy, and finally, throwing or controlling the attacker. Beginners are welcome at all classes and there are team building and martial arts games for juniors.
