Katumba Drumming & Movement

Katumba is a community-focused project with an inclusive ethos and hybrid sound. With over 100 drummers from all over the globe based in the heart of Toxeth, we champion diversity and positivity through powerful music and dance.
Whether through vibrant public performances, inspiring workshops, or weekly drumming and movement classes open to all; Katumba loves to bring people together. Katumba’s workshops welcome all participants – regardless of age or ability – into the world of percussion and movement, sharing their multi-cultural art and expertise to encourage unity and positive wellbeing.
