Kangatraining is a postnatal recovery exercise program for moms and their babies. It is partially a babywearing activity and it focuses on abdominal separation, pelvic floor exercises, core strength and cardio.
Activities for Parents
Kangatraining has not run any activities for over two months. We’re trying to get an up-to-date schedule.
I am a former ballroom dancer who loves sports. Learned Sports Science at university, became dance instructor in 2005, finished my MA degree at Semmelweis University, Budapest in 2011. Became Zumba instructor in 2015, Zumba Gold instructor in 2016 and Kangatraining instructor in 2017. I ran the first Kangatraining course in Reading in june 2017 and love every minute of it.
