Kamon Wing Chun - Epsom

Kamon Wing Chun Epsom teach this form of Wing Chun King Fu to all ages from 5+. The Kamon style of Wing Chun aims to distil self-defence into its purest and most efficient form. The aim is to win in the shortest possible time when a physical confrontation becomes inevitable, using the most direct lines of attack and defence, and using an opponent's force to your advantage so size, build, gender and aggression will not determine the outcome. The kids' classes aim is to help build confidence and self-esteem in a fun a friendly environment while also learning discipline through self defence.
