Kaizen Karate Club

Kaizen Karate Club teaching Shotokan Karate in Northumberland and Tyne & Wear.
Clubs based in Ashington, Killingworth, and Gateshead offering students quality tuition. Lessons are available to all abilities and age groups (4yrs+) with no upper age limit for adults. We also have regular adult only classes.
Instruction is provided by senior KUGB black belts all of which are DBS/CRB checked and affiliated to the Karate Union of Great Britain (KUGB), Britain's largest, longest established and most successful single-style Karate Association.
