Classes will have lots of yoga for both mum and baby and will provide plenty of fun interaction including a relaxation together at the end. We will focus on rebuilding and strengthening the core and pelvic floor, stretching out achy shoulders, building stamina and overall fitness among many things. All poses can be done with or without your baby. Classes will also be full of activities for your baby such as singing, baby yoga and baby massage. Classes will end with coffee and cake and time to chat other mums in the local area
