Jaffé & Neale Bookshop & Café are proudly independent booksellers who opened in Chipping Norton in 2001 and Stow-on-the-Wold in 2016. Owners Polly Jaffé and Patrick Neale learnt the importance of customer service and personalised book selection while working for Waterstones in the 1980s and 90s. The shop won Independent Bookshop of the Year in 2007 and Patrick was President of the Booksellers Association from 2011-2013. The Bookshop aims to provide world class service that is tailored to its Cotswold setting, with perfectly selected books for each and every customer.
