My name is Eleri, In my spare time I practiced Yoga for over 15 years and became interested in Mindfulness. From my time working in education, I noticed children and young adults were struggling to cope with certain aspects of life. So, I decided to put my skills as a trained yoga practitioner to good use. In July I gained the necessary qualifications needed to teach yoga and Mindfulness, which are Teenyoga and Yogabeez. I hope through my sessions, children can join me to appreciate their bodies and minds in a relaxed fun setting.
Sifu Paul has been studying Wing Tjun since 2008, he made his goal to share his knowledge with as many people as possible sharing the benefits martial arts has to offer. He started to teach children in 2010 and became a full time Instructor in 2014 teaching both children and adults. The children learn a variety of martial arts and the adults just focus on Wing Tjun. Since the beginning of 2019 Sifu Paul has been working with Esteem Mindfulness who teaches Mindfulness Yoga to Children both Mindfulness yoga and self defense taught through kids clubs
