Description

Asterix the Gaul is the first film based on René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo’s famous comic strip series. In the year 50 BC, Gaul is occupied by the romans, almost the whole Gaul. However, the small village of Asterix and his friends still resist the Roman legions with the aid of their druid Getafix’s magic potion. Learning of this potion which gives superhuman strength, a Roman centurion kidnaps the druid to get the secret formula out of him. But worry not, because Asterix and co. Will come to the rescue.
