About

Hullabaloo Puppets is an interactive musical storytelling class introducing babies and preschoolers to the world of theatre and music. Meet a woodland elf and her friends, follow butterfly on her travels, dance with the monster bop, learn to shake and stop, take off in a rocket to meet aliens then ride on a magic carpet which turns into the sea where you meet pirate and mermaid. Older classes then have a puppet show such as the Princess & the Pea, Where the wild things are or the Rainbow fish.

  • Bryony berry Sat 27th Jan 2018 Attended with 1 year-old, and 3 year-old Awsome. Both my kids have loved it. Sad it doesn't fit with our schedule anymore as my youngest still would now his sister is at school. We still sing the songs, though! :-)
  • Dave Pauline Shaw on Facebook Fri 26th Jan 2018 Attended with 20 month-old, and 4 month-old An excellent fun class which the children and adults love! Kate is lovely and very engaging - she has really helped our 20 month old grandson build his confidence in the months we have been going. We now take both our grandsons together and the little one loves it too at 4 months old! In fact we all really enjoy it and it is one of the highlights of our week.
  • Laura Lane on Facebook Fri 26th Jan 2018 We absolutely love coming to hullabaloo... we've been coming for 2 years now with our two children. Kate is enthusiastic, friendly and so wonderful with the children. Can't wait for a CD of her songs. Brilliant class.
  • Missy Katy Maguire on Facebook Fri 26th Jan 2018 A beautiful class. Engaging and entertaining. Jessica loves watching Kate and the puppets. It's magical!
  • Charlotte Barnes on Facebook Fri 26th Jan 2018 If you live anywhere in the area and you have a pre-school child, you absolutely have to get along to Hullabaloo. I can honestly say that this is one of the highlights of the week for my two year old daughter. Watching her dance, sing and play with the other children sometimes brings a little tear to my eye because I know she's loving it so much. Kate is a wonderful and natural entertainer, full of energy and patience. The kids love her and it's not hard to see why because she's brilliant.
  • Timea Varnagy on Facebook Fri 26th Jan 2018 Lovely and fun class for big and small..
  • Poppy Westwell on Facebook Fri 26th Jan 2018 Attended with 5 month-old We have been going since Lyra was 5 and half months old and she loves it as much now as she did when she first started. It was so lovely to see her first bang her maraca on her drum, so excited to be joining in. Katie is brilliant she makes all the children and parents feel very welcome. Even if your not the type to be joining in with a singalong, Katie's choice of music is so much fun you won't be able to resist by the end of the lesson. Highly recommend a visit!!
  • Annalie Canonigo on Facebook Fri 26th Jan 2018 Attended with 8 month-old I started joining Hullabaloo since my son was about 8 months old and we loved it. Kate is lovely and I really love her songs and so did my son, would highly recommend it to any parent. Only stopped going recently as he is now two and kept running around and I felt he was distracting the group. Thank you Kate.
  • Daniele Humphreys on Facebook Fri 26th Jan 2018 Great little class mixing musical instruments, puppets and fun characters and unique songs for your little ones to enjoy. I've only managed to go to about 5 classes as my son's nap time has been at the same time for months now. Every day I am poised ready to go in case he wakes early but it rarely happens with enough notice unfortunately! Despite this though he does recognise a couple of songs from the class so I'm keen to go back!
  • Julie Daniels on Facebook Fri 26th Jan 2018 Attended with 13 month-old, and 3 year-old When your almost 3 year old skips home ,and spends all morning singing songs that she can only have learnt from Hullabaloo, and your 13 month old lights up and does the actions to the " Little Green Frog" song, you know they have enjoyed Hullabaloo as much as you do. Kate's lovely voice, the use of props and songs that you don't hear elsewhere and the early introduction to theatre using puppets shows, makes Hullabaloo a firm favourite for us.
