Generation X is our bespoke programme to help 4-7yr olds to maintain fitness, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, self-control, concentration and teamwork. It's all about having fun whilst developing the skills they need to learn, taking turns, practising and being aware that they are improving. We offer one free week for your child to try it out. These combine to improve confidence and self esteem, which is a self defence mechanism in itself. Please do come along, watch a class with your child and meet our instructor, who has many years' experience teaching children, young people and adults of all abilities.
