Honest in name and nature. Honest yoga provides post-natal yoga for mum's and their babies to help strengthen and stretch after pregnancy and child-birth. With a special focus on restoring the connection between your pelvic floor and core with safe post-natal exercises. Classes are designed to be nuturing for you and baby allowing yourself time to relax and replenish whilst meeting other new mums in an open and welcoming atmosphere.

Natalie leads this class from a place of experience and it shows - paced to suit those getting back to grips with their body post-birth, I found the class both strengthening and relaxing - left me feeling positive in facing the rest of the day. The benefit of live streaming also meant my toddler could potter around in the background, dipping in and out of the moves as she wanted!
This class is excellent for postnatal women, with a strong focus on recovery and the pelvic floor. Natalie tailors the moves to where you are at in your recovery and has lots of advice and knowledge to share. Also a great one for the babies as there is lots of space and they can even get involved in some of the moves!
Natalie gives really clear instructions and is very conscientious about pelvic floor. Also really nice because babies are incorporated into the moves! Highly recommend this class and will be back!
