Honest in name and nature. Honest yoga provides post-natal yoga for mum's and their babies to help strengthen and stretch after pregnancy and child-birth. With a special focus on restoring the connection between your pelvic floor and core with safe post-natal exercises. Classes are designed to be nuturing for you and baby allowing yourself time to relax and replenish whilst meeting other new mums in an open and welcoming atmosphere.
Natalie has been a yoga teacher since 2014 and for the last 5 years has been teaching corporate yoga with clients such as Ben Sherman, Liberty of London and Boots to name a few. After having her son in 2018 she now loves teaching post-natal yoga classes realising the benefit they can bring to new mums. Following on from her own difficult recovery from birth Natalie is extremely sensitive to any issues new mums might be working with after birth such as Prolapse, Diastasis recti, Incontinence and can help to modify poses so all mothers can enjoy the class whilst working to heal their body.
