Hannah has a background in dance and has been teaching Pilates for 7 years. Hannah offers fun and engaging classes that are different each week. She tailors her classes to who she has on the mat in front of her, offering a person centred approach. Hannah aims to help you give your body and mind a bit of much needed TLC in this post natal period and is excited to meet you and your baby!
