Originally from the Bath area, in 2002 Steve left a successful career in event management in order to pursue his passion for the great outdoors, with a view to eventually combining the two. Since then he has qualified and worked in a wide range of adventure activities, including mountaineering, expedition leadership and bushcraft. In 2011 developed Hidden Woods, his goal is to provide similar opportunities to those which were so formative in his own childhood – getting muddy, climbing trees, learning about the natural world around us and all the opportunities and surprises it presents.
