Kate is a pre & postnatal fitness specialist & designed LEGS, BUMS & BUBBAS®️ especially for mums! The workouts help shift that baby weight and tone up after having a baby. All the exercises are safe to do, lots of fun and really target those problem areas. Babies and toddlers come along and are free to roam around, play or join in and mums can feed, rest, and know there’s NO pressure!
