Hands on Health is a holistic health studio offering yoga, pilates, massage and much more. Our kids classes and workshops are specially tailored to meet the needs of different age groups. The classes are fun, active, non-competitive, engaging and all incorporate mindful relaxation and calm focus practice.

Cat is an experienced yoga teacher with a passion for sharing yoga skills with mini-yogis. Cat believes that yoga provides great skills for body confidence, calming the mind and increased self esteem for kids ,as well as the physical fitness and wellbeing benefits. Cat holds each class as an inclusive, positive space for each child to feel strong and supported.
