ALICE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS - OUTDOOR THEATRE Tuesday 29th July Show starts at 2pm , gates open from 1pm. Quantum Theatre bring their lively brand of comedy, music and  magic to Lewis Carroll’s timeless classic, Alice Through the Looking Glass for Summer 2025.  With live music and the full array of Carroll’s fantastical characters this delightful new adaptation delivers all the quirky Britishness and humour of the book in a fun and pacy show for all the family. Please feel free to bring a blanket or low backed chair. Accessibility & Facilities.
Performances will take place in all weathers so long as deemed safe to do so. If raining you may want to bring wet weather clothing, please do not bring umbrellas as this blocks the view for others, unless you are seated at the back!

Stories of Medieval Mayhem, Mystery and Mirth meet with Terrible Tudor Tales at Hall Place and Gardens this Summer.

Come one, come all, and listen to our storyteller, Dave Tonge, the Yarnsmith of Norwich as he transports you back to long, long ago. Gather close and hear tell ancient stories and mind mangling riddles well suited to this beautiful old house and it’s long history. Tales of wise fools and foolish wise, of lazy long limbed lads, of miserly merchants, and poor penniless pedlars. Tales of long buried treasure, of cruel kings, clever queens and even a plain and simple radish that was worth 100 gold coins!

Old, young, rich and poor, all are welcome to join the Yarnsmith for a tale, or two, or even three…

Free event, find him in his tent in the gardens. All children must be accompanied by an adult

Bring a blanket or picnic chair, some yummy food and settle down for an evening under the stars. A dazzling cinematic adaptation of the beloved Broadway musical, offering a fresh perspective on the Land of Oz. The movie follows Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) who becomes the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda (Ariana Grande) as their friendship and destinies take shape in Oz.

WICKED – OUTDOOR CINEMA

Bring a picnic blanket or chair and bring some yummy food, settle down for an evening under the stars. Bridget Jones navigates life as a widow and single mom with the help of her family, friends, and former lover, Daniel. Back to work and on the apps, she’s pursued by a younger man and maybe – just maybe – her son’s science teacher.
