HA fitness is a company that specialises in outdoor fitness in the Wimbledon area. Our Fit In The Park classes are fun and challenging for all levels and abilities, and if you can't make our class times, we also offer Personal Training. If you're a new mum, we have our Buggyfit postnatal fitness classes which baby can come along to. For something a little different, we also run a challenging set of boot camps and workshops, from Boxfit and Kettlebells to Yoga, Cardio Pilates and Dance. After being involved in a terrible car accident at a young age I quickly came to realise the importance of health & well being. My focus has been towards continuously improving my health & fitness, as well as increasing my knowledge of nutrition, training, biomechanics & physiology. I specialise in fat loss, muscle building & definition, whilst giving you the most important benefit of all…improved health. I'm a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at levels 2 and 3 and I'm qualified in Personal Training at level 3.
I've been running HA fitness for over 13 years now & still love my job! I'm really enthusiastic about motivating people & creating fun yet effective workouts. Having successfully completed 3 ultra marathons & 22 regular marathons, I understand the training highs & lows & use these experiences to encourage others to achieve their goals. I'm qualified in personal training, ante & post natal fitness, ViPR, TRX, VolleyBody, nutrition, core stability & Boxercise. I'm also a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher & have studied NLP. I'm a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP's) at Level 3.
Having previously worked in a corporate environment, I know how hard it can be to fit exercise into your life. That’s why it’s important to me to develop fun, challenging & motivational workouts that help people learn to love exercise & change their lifestyles. I’ve a broad range of skills & qualifications including: personal training, ante & post natal fitness, core stability, nutrition/weight management, VolleyBody & Extreme Kettlebells. I have specialist qualifications in GP referrals, active ageing & obesity. I'm a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at levels 2 & 3.
Dance has always been a passion of mine and I maintain my fitness levels through a combination of outdoor fitness classes, yoga and barre. After spending over 10 years working as a physics teacher I decided to take a career break to look after my daughter. I’ve now decided to follow my passion and pursue a career in the fitness industry. I’ve recently taken my exams and I’m excited to say the hard work has paid off and I’m now a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor and member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
It's a real pleasure to share my passion for fitness & sport with others. I'm a qualified personal trainer, fitness coach & Pilates instructor. I'm a mum of 3 & family life is very important to me. My love of running led me to take part in numerous marathons, ultra-marathons & triathlons. These events taught me the importance of training within a framework where energy is positive & motivation levels are high. My qualifications include ante & post-natal fitness, sports nutrition, Padwork (boxing), TRX & KettleBells. I'm a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP's), Level 3.
