Georgie's Mum and Baby class has helped me tremendously. Following the arrival of my son, and the new demands placed on my body. Georgie has helped me to recognise these and work with my post natal body in a kind manner. Georgie is extremely professional and supportive ensuring we're correctly moving and educating us specifically in terms of postpartum along the way. I look forward to each class and feel on top of the world when we finish a session. My son also enjoys meeting the other babies and generally wondering what on earth we're all up to.

Pilates with Georgie has helped me repair and regain my core after giving birth to Twins! Like all new mums getting back into doing any form of exercise can be daunting. Georgie understands this and her sessions have eased me back into physical activity. Im now back running regularly and Georgie's sessions have played a huge part in this as I now feel stronger after the birth of my babies. I would totally recommend the sessions to any new mum or anyone wanting to use Pliates to strengthen and develop their bodies.
