Fresh Gym is an independent gym in Shepperton. We also run Fresh Sports Centre, Thamesmead School. We run Fresh Kids parties and Holiday Club and after school activities from the Fresh Sports Centre.

Firstly, can I say what a great time my son had at Holiday Club. He loves his sport and there was plenty to choose from. He was encouraged to take part in the craft activities too and really enjoyed making things. Space Slime was his favourite craft and Capture the Flag outside on the field was also a hit. The staff were very welcoming and the price is competitive and excellent value. Well done Fresh Kids – we’ll definitely visit again!”
