French Class for Kids
Hello, my name is Dorothee, I am French and living in Bristol since one year now.
I give French classes at The Milk Shed each Monday morning from 10:00am, recommended age 1-5.
I used to give French classes in a school for toddlers and children as well as private lessons to adults for several years when I was in Japan.
For kids, I propose to discover French language through songs, stories and games.
Each week, we will explore some new vocabulary, in relation with seasonal events, train our ears to the French pronunciation and learn some basics of a new language while having fun!

What families are saying
We've been to the drop in class at the Milk Shed quite a few times. Dorothée always tailors the class based on the season, and the ages of the children attending. There are new topics every week, often related to holidays or events, and there are consistent things like the alphabet, and the weather.
My kids really like her and their reading skills got improved. My kids motivated to learn French as Ms. Dorothee encouraged them. Her knowledge and expertise in teaching French were fabulous. Especially, the class materials which her prepared was amazing! I am confident that Ms. Dorothee is excellent french teacher.
