Welcoming and friendly buggy fit classes for people looking to get fit and enjoy the outdoors. A mix of cardio vascular work in the form of brisk walking/jogging and body weight exercises designed to be effective for people looking to get moving or people looking for a harder work out. It all happens with your child in the buggy in Preston Park.
Activities for Parents
I’ve done a couple of sessions with Chris, and have really enjoyed them. It’s pitched at a great level, so you’re not completely wiped afterwards, but you can definitely feel that you’ve been moving. Chris gives options for the body weight exercises, so you can push yourself as much as you’re able, which makes this class great for those just starting back out into fitness, or those that are looking for something a little more challenging. Definitely give it a go - you won’t regret it!
Chris was really enthusiastic and the class was pitched at just the right level so it felt like we were able to do all of it without being wiped out! Would definitely recommend!
Great workout and very social. Good for all levels and as everyone has a baby no need to feel embarrassed about the lost fitness. Chris is friendly and can tailor to all. Also works well with nap times unlike other groups.
