The Foucan Freerunning Academy playfully teaches Parkour skills to children from 4 years old right up to adults.
Sebastien Foucan - the founder of the discipline and James Bond villain has a team of qualified coaches running classes in West London 4 days a week. Students learn movement, build confidence and create friendships in a non-competitive environment. FFA constantly reinforces safety messages and discourages students from show boating.
