Claire is a physiotherapist and a pilates instrustor that specialises in the Pre and Post Natal period. She ensures that she teaches an exciting and varied pilates class that really works to strengthen your pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and upper / lower body. She is passionate about getting Mum’s strong again, and will work with you to ensure your goals are met. This class will help with posture, muscle imblances and regaining strength. Claire is used to teaching classes with children present and is able to distract children to ensure that the mums get some workout time.
