FITNESS FOR MUMMIES® offer a variety of classes and 1-1 Personal Training sessions in South East London: Mum and baby Indoor and Outdoor POSTNATAL CLASSES are designed specifically for mums, to help you to regain your shape, strength and fitness. Classes are perfect for new mums who wish to exercise and socialise with their babies. We also hold regular classes INSANITY and BOOTCAMP classes for when you progress from the postnatal stage and are looking for something a little more challenging. Whichever stage of motherhood you have reached we have a workout for you!
In 2007 I set up Fitness For Mummies. I have specialised in Pre & Post Natal Exercise and Women’s Health for over 20 years and after having my own children in 2005 and 2006, I realised just how difficult it is to find the time to exercise with a new baby. I wanted to create a social environment where new mums can feel comfortable to bring their babies, exercise and talk about mummy life. Fitness For Mummies has since grown into many other avenues catering for all stages of motherhood. Im a fully qualified Personal Trainer specialising in Pre and Postnatal Fitness with DBS.
