Mum and baby Indoor and Outdoor POSTNATAL CLASSES are designed specifically for mums, to help you to regain your shape, strength and fitness. Classes are perfect for new mums who wish to exercise and socialise with their babies.
We also hold regular classes INSANITY and BOOTCAMP classes for when you progress from the postnatal stage and are looking for something a little more challenging.
