Thank you so much for liking my page. I’d like to introduce myself- I’m Leanne. I’m a proud mummy to 2 boys, loving wife and an experienced fitness professional with over 10 years working in the fitness industry. During the last 4 years since becoming a mummy I have noticed there is not much around to allow parents and carers to keep fit or even any information around of what you can do after child birth. Personally I have experienced how difficult it is to keep fit when you have children, by the time you have put the kids to bed you don’t have the energy to go to the gym.
