Prenatal classes: The multi discipline workouts aim to take you through the months of pregnancy and help you stay strong, healthy and positive. You are welcome to join us straight after your 12 week scan. Postnatal classes: We then welcome you back with your newborn baby so you can safely bounce into a fit and happy motherhood. Mums can join after their 6-9 week GP check clearance. Buggies: All mums pushing a buggy can join this outdoor uplifting session which has a strong element of social interaction.
